Aishwarya Moudgal (she/her) is a Senior at Parsons School of Design, pursuing a BFA in Integrated Design focusing on accessory design and fashion studies. Her work draws inspiration from South Indian culture, nostalgia, and emotions, creating handcrafted pieces through mediums of jewelry and knitwear that reflect personal growth and self-expression.
Passionate about art education, Aishwarya believes in empowering students to trust their creative instincts and develop meaningful, conceptual work. As a first-time facilitator, she is excited to learn alongside the group, emphasizing the importance of sustainability and climate justice in responsible design.
One of Aishwarya's favorite art pieces is "Un Pasado Que Aun Vive" by Joel Bergner.
